The shop has not opened its doors yet, but the catalogue already promises plenty. Take a first look at what we are gathering: collectibles, board games, figures, plush and the one-of-a-kind creations of the Hobbix Studio. Made by fans for fans, with the passion of people who do not let a day go by without playing. Stay close, the launch is almost here!
Is the shop open yet?
HobbixNot yet. From here you can already see the direction the shop is taking.
The arsenal is ready: Pokémon, Magic, Lorcana and One Piece arrive as boosters, displays, ETBs, decks and sleeves. Open them straight away or show them off with pride on the shelf. You choose, and we make sure you know exactly what you are buying!
Alongside the pull of the cards, we bring the best board games, Funko Pops, figures and plush. And to finish in style, step into the Hobbix Studio: our own workshop for 3D printing and handmade plush sewing. Geek craft with elite quality!
Do you sell the boosters sealed?
HobbixYes, original product, sealed from the source. We guarantee zero reseals, zero weighing and zero tricks. From the official distributor straight into your collection.
What is the Hobbix Studio?
HobbixIt is our creation lab! Alongside the big brands, this is where we bring our own ideas to life: we produce high-quality 3D pieces and sew exclusive plush you will not find anywhere else.
We organise the shop world by world, so browsing stays simple. We only bring in what makes a collector's heart beat faster. Forget generic lines about availability: real stock lives on each product page, always up to date and one click away.
Will you have board games?
HobbixYes. We will have a selection of board games for game nights at home, with friends or family. The catalogue is constantly updated with new titles.
How do I know what is available?
HobbixOn each product page! We do not like false moves: real stock and availability are always up to date on the product page. If it is visible to buy, it is yours!
Because prices and delivery times change with the product and the destination, we keep those details clear in your basket and on the product page. What never changes is our care: we pack everything with real attention so nothing arrives crushed or damaged.
After launch, you will have your own customer area to follow your shipments and keep your details in a practical, fully secure way.
I collect POPs and I need the packaging handled with care.
HobbixFull care, from our stock to your shelf. We pick each unit by hand and reinforce the protection of every shipment so it can take the journey. We do not send damaged boxes or use fragile packaging. If it is meant to be displayed, it has to arrive immaculate!

This page explains how Hobbix.pt ships Trading Card Games, board games, Funko Pops, plushies, 3D prints and accessories from Portugal.
The costs, timeframes and methods shown at checkout always take precedence over the figures on this page. Timeframes are estimates in business days and are not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
For withdrawal rights, returns and warranties, see the Terms and conditions.
This policy applies to orders from the Hobbix.pt online store, after payment is confirmed and stock is available.
We do not ship to destinations that checkout does not offer. If the address is not accepted, the shipping method does not appear, or the weight/volume exceeds the limit, the order cannot be completed for that destination.
Orders are prepared in Portugal and dispatched with DPD, depending on destination, weight and service availability.
Destinations currently covered:
We do not currently ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries. Those destinations may be accepted later; until then, the address is refused in the account and at checkout, including guest checkout.
At checkout you can choose, when available for the address:
The actual carrier and delivery point (address, neighbour or pickup point, when the service allows it) depend on the option chosen and the carrier’s rules.
Shipping is calculated at checkout in euros, VAT included, from the address zone, the method and the total order weight. In mainland Portugal the DPD table is:
| Weight bracket | Home delivery | Pickup point |
|---|---|---|
| 0–3 kg | €4.90 | €4.13 |
| 3–6 kg | €6.30 | €5.25 |
| 6–10 kg | €9.80 | €7.88 |
| Each extra kg | €3.00 | €3.00 |
The top of each bracket is included. Above 10 kg, each extra kilogram is rounded up. Madeira, the Azores and mainland Spain have their own tables; checkout only offers a method once that table is set.
Free-shipping campaigns or seasonal promotions, when they exist, are shown at checkout and may have their own rules.
Timeframes are counted in business days after payment confirmation and order preparation, not from the moment an item is added to the cart.
They may stretch during TCG launches, peak demand, public holidays, weather or carrier delays. The date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery.
An order is only prepared after payment is confirmed and stock is validated. Pre-orders, supplier restocks or Hobbix Studio 3D prints may ship on a different date from the rest of the order; that information, when available, appears on the product page.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we contact the customer for a partial shipment, an equivalent replacement or a refund, according to store policy.
We pack for the product type, not as a generic parcel:
If an order mixes sealed TCG with games or figures, we separate items inside the carton to reduce the risk of bent cards or crushed collector boxes.
After dispatch, the customer sees the order status in the account area and, when the carrier provides it, a tracking code.
Detailed tracking (scans, delivery attempts, pickup points) is the carrier’s responsibility. Hobbix.pt can help clarify the status from the support area.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete address with the correct postcode, and for being available in the delivery window or authorising a pickup point / neighbour when the service allows it.
An incomplete address, refused parcel, repeated absence or wrong contact details may result in a return to sender. A new shipment may incur extra postage.
Address changes after dispatch are only possible if the carrier still allows them.
If the outer packaging arrives visibly damaged, refuse the parcel or record the incident with the carrier and photograph the box and contents.
Missing items, opened boosters, crushed Funko boxes or torn game boxes should be reported with photos via support, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, so we can open a carrier claim and, where applicable, replace or refund.
The legal warranty and return rules for sealed products (TCG, for example) are set out in the Terms and conditions.
For shipping questions or a specific order, email geral@hobbix.pt or use account support. You can also check the FAQ.

Hobbix.pt is an exclusively online store. It does not currently have physical premises open to the public. Opening a physical address is planned for the future.
Hobbix.pt strives to ensure that all information displayed on the website, including descriptions, images, prices, and technical specifications, is clear, accurate, and up to date.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order is completed.
Hobbix.pt reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and commercial conditions at any time. However, orders already confirmed will be processed at the price shown at the time of purchase, except in cases of manifest error.
An order is considered submitted once the purchase process on the website has been completed correctly.
After receiving the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. Final acceptance of the order depends on payment confirmation, stock availability, and validation of the data provided.
Hobbix.pt reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust orders, in whole or in part, in situations of product unavailability, technical error, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to process the order.
Hobbix.pt offers the following payment methods in the online store:

In the event of stock shortage, supplier delay, or inability to ship, Hobbix.pt will inform the customer as soon as possible and may propose a new delivery date, partial shipment, replacement with an equivalent product, or cancellation with a refund of the amount paid.
Shipping conditions, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are detailed on the Delivery Information page.
The timeframes shown are estimates and may vary due to logistics, occasional stock shortages, promotional periods, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond Hobbix.pt's control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct and complete at the time of ordering.
This section sets out Hobbix.pt’s commercial returns policy, which applies beyond the legal withdrawal period. The legal right of withdrawal, within 14 days, is governed by section 11 and is not limited by the commercial conditions below.
Within the 14-day period, opening a seal or packaging does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal, except for the exceptions in Article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014. If the customer handles the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer may have to bear any resulting loss in value.
Beyond that legal period, the customer may return one or more items provided the products are intact, complete, unused, and in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered, marked, or incomplete. For items sold sealed, the factory seal must remain intact.
Under this commercial policy, beyond the 14 days, returns are not accepted for sealed products that have been opened after delivery, including boosters, boxes, decks, and other Trading Card Game items, as well as games, figures, or collectibles whose factory seal or packaging has been opened or broken. The seal and the original packaging are part of the product’s value and, once opened, the item can no longer be resold as new.
Under this commercial policy, returns are also not accepted for items that show signs of use, assembly, play, or reading, or that are missing components, accessories, or pieces — for example, board games with opened component bags, used plush toys, or manga showing signs of handling.
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact Hobbix.pt as soon as possible, preferably in writing, stating the order number and describing the situation.
Where possible, photographs of the product and packaging should be sent to allow faster assessment of the case.
After verification, Hobbix.pt will take appropriate action, which may include replacement, refund, or another measure proportionate to the situation.
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods or, if the order consists of several goods delivered on different days, of the day on which they acquire physical possession of the last item, under Articles 10 and 11 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Hobbix.pt an unequivocal statement of withdrawal before the end of the period, by email to geral@hobbix.pt or by post to the correspondence address in section 2. The model form below may be used. The right does not depend on confirmation by a Hobbix.pt staff member.
Hobbix.pt refunds all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs for the least expensive standard delivery offered. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Hobbix.pt aims to complete it within an internal period of 2 to 5 business days after receiving the withdrawal statement and the goods, or proof that they have been sent. In any event, the refund is made within the legal maximum of 14 days from the date on which Hobbix.pt is informed of the decision to withdraw. Hobbix.pt may wait until it has received the goods, or proof that they have been sent, before refunding.

At Hobbix.pt, the quality and safety of the products we sell are essential to our business.
We work with collectors, players, fans and families who need genuine products, in proper condition, and clear information before they buy.
We aim to work with manufacturers, publishers, brands and distributors we can identify, and to sell products that meet the legal requirements that apply to them.
Hobbix.pt is a Portuguese online store selling Trading Card Games, manga, board games, Funko Pops, plush, Hobbix Studio items and hobby accessories.
Quality starts with the products we choose for the catalogue.
We favour suppliers, publishers and manufacturers that can provide official products and adequate information about what they sell.
Our commitment is to:
If a product does not match what was expected because of a defect, damage in transit, an error on our side or a lack of conformity, contact us so we can review the case under our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
The legal requirements that apply to a product depend on its nature, purpose and classification.
The Hobbix.pt catalogue covers different categories. Not every item is a toy, and not every item requires CE marking.
When a product is covered by specific rules, Hobbix.pt seeks to ensure, within the duties that apply to us as an economic operator, that its sale meets the legal requirements in force.
Depending on the product, that can include:
Different regimes mean the requirements can vary widely between a toy, a book or manga volume, a board game, a collectible figure, a 3D print and an accessory.
We sell official products from hobby publishers and brands. We do not knowingly sell counterfeits, replicas presented as originals, or opened or reconditioned items described as sealed.
Whenever possible, stock from third-party brands is bought through distributors or established trade partners.
If you suspect a problem, contact geral@hobbix.pt.
Some items in the catalogue may be toys. Others are collectibles, books or games aimed at an older audience and follow a different set of rules.
When CE marking is legally required, it means the product was placed on the market under the conformity assessment that applies to its category. It does not mean Hobbix.pt recommends the item for every age or every use.
Primary responsibility for the design, safety and conformity of a third-party product lies with its manufacturer. Other operators in the supply chain have the duties set out in the applicable law.
For Hobbix Studio items, which are produced by Hobbix.pt, we take on the duties that apply to us as the manufacturer of those items.
Products should be used for their intended purpose and in line with the labelling and the instructions of whoever made them.
Where the nature of the product and our role in the supply chain require it, we keep the details needed to identify the transactions and the products we sell.
Depending on the item, identification can include:
These details can matter when we review a complaint, a defect, a safety alert or a corrective action.
Product quality does not depend only on manufacture. Storage and handling matter too, especially for sealed cards, collectible boxes, books and game components.
Hobbix.pt aims to keep the storage and handling conditions indicated by manufacturers and suppliers.
Orders are packed to protect products during processing and transport. Collectibles and games are packed with a box, filler and extra protection according to the risk of crushing, bending or impact.
When a product has specific storage, transport or conservation requirements, those requirements should be followed according to the applicable information.
Transport still carries a residual risk. Shipping conditions are described in Shipping information. When an order arrives, we recommend checking the outer packaging and the contents as soon as possible and contacting us if there is visible damage.
We want customers to know what they are buying.
Product pages aim to show the name, brand, type of item and, when known, relevant contents, edition, language and recommended age or warnings. That information is based on what manufacturers, publishers and suppliers provide.
Images are illustrative and may differ in batch details, box art or packaging language.
When we identify information that should be corrected or updated, we aim to revise it.
If there is a relevant difference, the labelling, instructions and documentation supplied with the product itself prevail. If you find a material inconsistency between the product page and the item you received, tell us.
Before buying, a customer may need further information about an item.
Depending on the product and on the documentation provided by the manufacturer, publisher or supplier, Hobbix.pt may help obtain:
Whether a document is available depends on the product and on whoever places it on the market. For Hobbix Studio items, we provide the information about the piece.
Any concern about the quality, authenticity or safety of a product should be reviewed.
When we receive a complaint of this kind, we try to collect what we need to identify the product and understand the situation. We may ask for:
Depending on the situation, the information may be passed to the manufacturer, publisher, supplier or another relevant party. Please keep the product and the packaging until we say otherwise, so the case can be assessed.
Damaged, defective or non-conforming products are handled under the Terms and Conditions and applicable law. Where the law requires a specific reporting procedure, the responsible party must follow it.
Safety does not end at the point of sale.
Within the scope of our business, Hobbix.pt follows relevant information from manufacturers, suppliers and competent authorities about the products we sell.
If a situation calls for a corrective action or the withdrawal of a product, Hobbix.pt may help identify the items involved and, when applicable, contact customers who may be affected.
Being able to identify orders and products matters especially in these cases.
Products should be used for their intended purpose and in line with:
The catalogue is for collectors, players, fans and families. Offering an item for sale does not mean it is suitable for every age. Buyers are responsible for following the recommended age and the warnings printed on the packaging.
Information published by Hobbix.pt does not replace the instructions of whoever made the product. Manga and other third-party content follow the classification and audience indicated by the publisher. How the store groups products by audience does not replace that indication.
Hobbix.pt operates under the Portuguese and European rules that apply to the product categories we sell.
General safety of consumer products is covered, in particular, by Regulation (EU) 2023/988. When an item is a toy, European toy-safety legislation applies, including CE marking and warnings when they are legally required.
In Portugal, ASAE — the Food and Economic Safety Authority — carries out market surveillance for consumer product safety. The Directorate-General for Consumers follows consumer-protection policy. European alerts for dangerous non-food products are published through Safety Gate.
Books, games, collectibles and accessories can fall under different regimes. Toy requirements do not automatically apply to the whole catalogue.
If you need to clarify something about a product sold by Hobbix.pt, our team can help.
You can contact us to request available information about an item, clarify its features, or report a quality, authenticity or safety issue. When the answer depends directly on the manufacturer, publisher or supplier, we will try to pass the question to the right party.

Hobbix.pt
At Hobbix.pt, quality, safety and transparency are part of the relationship we want to build with collectors, players, fans and families.
Effective 11/10/2026
At Hobbix.pt, we believe hobby information should be clear, useful and responsible.
Our Blog exists to help collectors, players, fans and families understand releases, game mechanics, collection care and news across Trading Card Games, manga, board games, Funko Pops, plush and Hobbix Studio.
Producing this content may involve artificial-intelligence tools as support for research, organisation and drafting. Artificial intelligence is not used as a source for rules, release dates, prices or hobby facts.
Relevant claims are supported, whenever possible, by official sources from publishers, brands and manufacturers. This Editorial Policy explains how we work.
Hobbix.pt content aims to turn information that is often scattered — rules, official announcements, product details and hobby culture — into something clear and useful.
Content is written first to inform and help people, not only to satisfy search engines.
This policy applies to Blog posts, guides, lists, release news, educational texts about games and collectibles, and other informational content published by Hobbix.pt.
Commercial product pages may follow additional processes linked to manufacturer or publisher information, stock, price and logistics. Those pages do not replace this editorial policy, and this policy does not replace the product page.
Editorial selection considers several factors, including relevance for Hobbix.pt readers, official releases and updates, rules changes, errata or ban lists, frequent customer questions, and information needs identified through the store.
Popularity can be taken into account, but it is not, on its own, enough reason to publish a topic without verification.
Not every source carries the same authority. Whenever possible, Hobbix.pt prefers primary and official sources.
Official sources
Other sources
An announcement or a date that applies to one region, language or format is not presented as valid for Portugal, the European Union or another format. A United States release date, for example, is not treated as the date the product is available in the store.
Unofficial images, early listings and speculation about releases circulate often in the hobby. That material is not treated as confirmed fact.
When a piece mentions information that the publisher, brand or editor has not confirmed, that should be clear. Previews, announcements and products already available in the store are kept distinct.
A social-media post, a leak or a secondary news story does not replace an official rule, an errata or a statement from whoever publishes the product.
We try not to turn preliminary information into certainty. In particular, we distinguish:
When the information does not support a stronger conclusion, we use wording such as “may”, “is expected” or “has not been confirmed”.
Hobbix.pt may use artificial-intelligence tools to support the editorial process.
Those tools may be used to:
Artificial intelligence is not a source for rules, prices, stock, release dates or hobby facts. Article references should point, whenever possible, to the original sources behind the information.
Using artificial intelligence does not remove editorial verification, and it does not turn model-generated text into official information.
When content includes relevant claims about rules, products, dates, availability or safety, we try to confirm them against the sources they come from.
Whenever possible, we avoid resting an important conclusion on a single secondary source.
Hobbix.pt only describes a piece as an official communication from a publisher or brand when that communication actually comes from that party.
Using official rules, manuals or announcements as sources does not mean the publisher reviewed the Hobbix.pt article. That distinction is part of our commitment to transparency.
Editorial opinions, recommendation lists and community readings are presented as such.
Rules, errata, ban lists, release calendars and product information change. An article that was correct when it was published may need an update.
That can happen when new official announcements, errata, rules changes, safety alerts, availability changes or meaningful corrections appear.
When an update significantly changes the content or the conclusions, we aim to update the review or publication date when that is technically possible. Whenever we can, we state the time context of rules and calendars.
Accuracy is a priority, but mistakes can happen. When we identify a relevant factual error, we aim to correct it as soon as reasonably possible.
We do not change dates only to make a piece look newer when there has been no substantial update.
Readers and customers can contact Hobbix.pt if they believe information is incorrect, out of date or could be improved.
Hobbix.pt may publish content in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The aim is not only a word-for-word translation.
When needed, content can be adapted to the language, to the terminology used in each market, and to the regional availability of a product or edition.
A Portuguese, English or Spanish version may therefore differ when that is needed for accuracy. If the facts diverge, the latest version reviewed by the team prevails.
Hobbix.pt is both a store and the publisher of this content. Some articles may therefore show products or categories available in the store that relate to the topic.
Those products should not determine the conclusions of the article. When products are suggested, the aim is to help the reader find items related to the topic, not to claim they are the only suitable choice or that they suit everyone.
An editorial mention does not replace the product page, the current price or stock availability. Recommendation lists reflect editorial criteria. They are not a guarantee that every player or collector will have the same experience.
Hobbix.pt aims to distinguish editorial information, commercial information, product descriptions and sponsored content, when sponsored content exists.
If a piece is sponsored, or if a commercial relationship needs to be disclosed to understand the context, that should be identified.
Commercial relationships with brands or distributors must not distort facts about rules, quality, authenticity or availability.
Hobby information can influence purchases and how products are used. For that reason, we try to avoid content that:
When a product has warnings that matter for how it is used, we try not to leave them out if they are needed to understand the topic.
Content published by Hobbix.pt is informational. It does not replace the official rules of a game, errata, manufacturer or publisher instructions, or the current product page in the store.
Buying decisions should rely on the current store information, including price and stock. Play decisions should rely on the official rules of the format in question.
This content is not legal, financial or professional advice.
The Hobbix.pt editorial commitment rests on five principles:
If you find information you believe is incorrect, out of date or missing context, you can contact Hobbix.pt. We will review it and, when justified, correct or update it.
Use our Contact page or write to geral@hobbix.pt, with the article and the suggested correction.
